Varal Solidário: Cajamar intensifica doações de roupas e cobertores para população carente

Com a chegada do frio intenso, o Fundo Social de Solidariedade de Cajamar intensificou a entrega de roupas e cobertores através do Varal Solidário. Somente no mês de maio foram realizadas 10 edições do projeto, totalizando mais de 20 mil peças de roupas doadas e cerca de 720 famílias atendidas.
O grande volume de doações na Festa do Trabalhador 2022 possibilitou a realização das ações. Dentre os bairros atendidos estão: Cajamar Centro, São Benedito, Polvilho, Guaturinho, Jordanésia, Ponunduva, Paraíso, Maria Luiza e Campos. Para o mês de junho estão previstas ações na Roseira, Lago Azul e Gato Preto.
A campanha Inverno Solidário segue sendo realizada no município. Para o mês de junho estão previstas ações na Roseira, Lago Azul e Gato Preto. A mobilização irá até o dia 29 de julho e as doações de cobertores e agasalhos podem ser feitas na sede do Fundo Social, em Jordanésia (Av. Arnaldo Rojek nº 403), e em empresas participantes da ação.
