Cotia : Segunda via do IPTU 2024 poderá ser emitida a partir do dia 2 de janeiro

Os contribuintes do IPTU que não receberem o carnê do tributo referente ao ano de 2024 poderão emitir a segunda via no site da Prefeitura de Cotia a partir do dia 2 de janeiro de 2024. Os carnês já começaram a ser enviados para os contribuintes nos endereços cadastrados junto à Secretaria da Fazenda. O imposto de 2024 poderá ser pago à vista, com 10% de desconto, ou em até 12 vezes, desde que cada parcela não seja inferior a R$ 50,00.
A primeira parcela do tributo e a cota única (pagamento à vista) vencem no dia 22 de janeiro de 2024, as demais parcelas têm vencimento sempre para o dia 20 de cada mês. Caso a data caia em fim de semana ou feriado, o vencimento será no próximo dia útil. Para emitir a segunda via do boleto basta acessar (www.cotia.sp.gov.br), entrar em ‘Portal de Serviços’ > ‘Taxas e Tributos’.
