SP-TRANS: Motoristas e cobradores anunciam greve para próxima semana

O presidente do Sindicato dos motoristas de São Paulo (Sindmotoristas), Valdevan Noventa, disse que na próxima segunda-feira (6) de junho ,motoristas e cobradores de empresas de transportes da cidade de São Paulo (SPTrans – São Paulo Transporte) estarão entrando em greve ou realizando protestos, afim de reivindicar reajuste salarial.
Segundo o Sindmotoristas os patrões se recusam a sentar na mesa,para negociar, uma proposta já feita foi rejeitada”, de acordo com Valdevan as empresas ofereceram 10% de reajuste parcelado em três vezes. Na última terça feira passageiros de 13 empresas de ônibus da capital paulista enfrentaram atrasos por conta de assembleias realizadas pela categoria onde a greve foi aprovada para a próxima segunda-feira (6).
A Justiça do Trabalho em São Paulo determinou a manutenção de 80% da frota de ônibus nos horários de pico em caso de paralisação da categoria. Nos demais horários, devem circular 60% dos coletivos.
A decisão do desembargador Davi Furtado Meirelles atendeu ao pedido feito pela SPTrans, estatal municipal que cuida do transporte público, e estipulou ainda multa de R$ 50 mil por dia ao Sindicato dos Motoristas e Trabalhadores do Transporte Urbano (Sindimotoristas) em caso de descumprimento.
