Base de c\u00e1lculo do ICMS a ser recolhido sobre o pre\u00e7o final da gasolina, diesel e etanol, o congelamento do PMPF tinha validade at\u00e9 31 de janeiro, mas, com a decis\u00e3o de hoje valer\u00e1 por mais 60 dias, at\u00e9 31 de mar\u00e7o.<br \/><br \/>&#8220;A quest\u00e3o dos pre\u00e7os dos combust\u00edveis e do congelamento do PMPF tem sido amplamente discutida nos \u00faltimos dias. Nesta quarta-feira (26), o F\u00f3rum dos Governadores divulgou nota recomendando a aprova\u00e7\u00e3o do congelamento do PMPF como uma medida provis\u00f3ria para contribuir com o controle dos aumentos dos combust\u00edveis. Os governadores defendem, por\u00e9m, solu\u00e7\u00f5es estruturais para estabiliza\u00e7\u00e3o dos pre\u00e7os dos combust\u00edveis, como um fundo de equaliza\u00e7\u00e3o de pre\u00e7os&#8221;, informou, em nota, o Comit\u00ea Nacional dos Secret\u00e1rio de Fazenda dos Estados e do Distrito Federal (Consefaz).<br \/><br \/>Para o Consefaz, s\u00f3 o congelamento do ICMS n\u00e3o \u00e9 suficiente para impedir os reajustes dos combust\u00edveis, porque os elementos centrais dos aumentos s\u00e3o a varia\u00e7\u00e3o do d\u00f3lar e a pol\u00edtica da Petrobras de paridade com o mercado internacional do petr\u00f3leo.<br \/><br \/>Diante da situa\u00e7\u00e3o, o Consefaz manifestou apoio \u00e0 cria\u00e7\u00e3o do fundo de equaliza\u00e7\u00e3o, como forma de evitar que os reajustes do barril de petr\u00f3leo no mercado internacional sejam repassados para o pre\u00e7o final dos combust\u00edveis, como tem ocorrido, gerando aumentos
